Terms of Service

Agedeck is a website builder for agents, operated in Malaysia. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old and a practising agent to use Agedeck. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date and follow correct password and security practices. You may not share your account with anyone else.

Your use of Agedeck is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Agedeck offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus and Pro), billed monthly or quarterly through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.

You can change your plan anytime from the dashboard. If you upgrade from one paid plan to a higher paid plan, the upgrade takes effect straight away and Stripe shows the prorated charge before you confirm payment. If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change is scheduled for the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan features until that date.

You can also cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. If you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan.

Payments are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details and the limited cases where we do issue refunds.

You keep ownership of the content you add to your page — your text, photos, videos and links. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store and display that content for the sole purpose of running your Agedeck page. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

Copyright complaints and originality disputes are handled under our Copyright Policy.

The Agedeck software, templates, layouts, interface and branding belong to us. You may not copy, resell, rebrand or reverse-engineer the platform.

Agedeck is a software tool only. We are not an insurer, broker, or licensed financial adviser, and we do not provide professional advice, quotes, premiums, or product comparisons. Your page must not display premiums, quotes, or product comparisons.

You alone are responsible for the accuracy and regulatory compliance of your page, and for holding and maintaining your own licences and conduct under the rules that apply to you (for example, Bank Negara Malaysia, LIAM, PIAM or your principal's requirements). Any enquiries you receive are between you and the member of the public — Agedeck is not a party to them.

We work hard to keep Agedeck running well, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or any particular business result such as the number or quality of enquiries you receive.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.

(Nothing here removes any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be excluded.)

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including immediately where necessary. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard at Settings > Billing. Closing your account removes your page and all your data from the service, and you will not be able to recover it.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version here; continuing to use Agedeck after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
