Acceptable Use Policy

You must not publish or upload content that:

• breaks Malaysian law or any law that applies to you;
• breaches insurance advertising rules — in particular, do not display premiums, quotes or product comparisons on your page;
• is false or misleading, including fake credentials, fake endorsements, or misrepresenting your licensing or your relationship with an insurer or principal;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to minors;
• reveals someone's private information without their consent; or
• you do not have the rights to use.

You must not:

• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
• scrape data from the service at scale, or bypass rate limits;
• upload malware, or send spam or phishing through the service;
• resell, rebrand or copy the platform; or
• impersonate another person or organisation.

If you see content or behaviour that breaks this policy, tell us at [email protected]. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy — including immediately where necessary. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service.

If the issue is copyright infringement or stolen content, use our Copyright Policy process instead.
