Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 17 June 2026
This policy sets out what you may not do on Agedeck. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Draft template. This document is a plain-language starting point tailored to Agedeck. It is not legal advice - have it reviewed by a qualified Malaysian lawyer before relying on it.
1. Prohibited content
You must not publish or upload content that:
- breaks Malaysian law or any law that applies to you;
- breaches insurance advertising rules — in particular, do not display premiums, quotes or product comparisons on your page;
- is false or misleading, including fake credentials, fake endorsements, or misrepresenting your licensing or your relationship with an insurer or principal;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to minors;
- reveals someone's private information without their consent; or
- you do not have the rights to use.
2. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- scrape data from the service at scale, or bypass rate limits;
- upload malware, or send spam or phishing through the service;
- resell, rebrand or copy the platform; or
- impersonate another person or organisation.
3. Reporting and enforcement
If you see content or behaviour that breaks this policy, tell us at [email protected]. We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy — including immediately where necessary. These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service.
If the issue is copyright infringement or stolen content, use our Copyright Policy process instead.
