Refund Policy

This explains when Agedeck subscriptions are and aren't refundable, and how to cancel.
1. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or quarterly). We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period once it has started.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your page, handle and data are kept — cancelling does not delete them.
3. When we do issue refunds
- a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge;
- an extended outage that prevented you from using paid features (at our reasonable discretion); or
- where the law requires a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the Stripe charge reference. We aim to respond within a few business days. Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it's almost always faster for us to sort it out directly.
5. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank, we will contest it if we have evidence that the charge was valid. If the bank sides with us, your account will continue as normal. If the bank sides with you, your account will be suspended until you contact us to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to close accounts that have multiple chargebacks or where we find evidence of abuse.
